Lowther Leisure Pool in Wanlockhead near Abington, Biggar, Sanquhar & South Lanarkshire with is an Indoor Private Hire Swimming Pool. The perfect Family & Group Swimming Pool.
The unsupervised pool is 9m long by 4m wide with a depth of 1.2m. There are steps to enter the pool and it is heated to 28-31c. The Pool House is a quiet and relaxing environment with a large changing area with two individual changing rooms. There is also a toilet and shower.
Nestled in the Lowther Hills Wanlockhead is a village in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, 1 mile south of Leadhills at the head of the Mennock Pass, which forms part of the Southern Uplands. Wanlockhead can be accessed via the B797, which connects it to the A76 near Sanquhar and the A74(M) motorway at Abington. Our heated indoor swimming pool is located in a secluded rural location and joins onto our existing holiday home at www.beltonhouseholidayhome.co.uk.
